Transport Reports That Answer the Questions You Actually Ask
Which customers make you money, which jobs lose it, what each driver is owed, who hasn't paid, and how often you run late. Every report is built from the jobs you already dispatch in Waybill, so there's nothing extra to enter.
Know Where the Money Comes From
Revenue is counted when a job is completed, not when it's booked. A job booked in March and run in April is April's revenue.
- Revenue by Customer — Fares, driver pay, margin and job count for each customer, with revenue charted over the period. Jobs with no customer get their own row, so the table always adds up to your total.
- Job Profitability — Your margin by job type, and the jobs that ran at or below cost listed worst first. An average margin can look healthy while a handful of jobs lose money on every run.
- Driver Settlement — Fares, driver pay and cash each driver collected from passengers. Net payable is pay less the cash they already hold, so you know what to transfer.
See Who Owes You, and for How Long
The Invoice Aging report lists every unpaid customer invoice as at today, grouped by how far past due it is.
- Aging buckets — Not yet due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days overdue, with the amount and share in each.
- Old debt stays visible — An invoice raised eight months ago and still unpaid shows up whatever date range you pick. That's the invoice you most need to chase.
- Period totals — Alongside the snapshot, see what you invoiced and what was paid in the period you selected.
Find Out How Reliable Your Service Is
Operational reports look at the trips that were due to run in the period, so the numbers you compare always cover the same set of jobs.
- On-Time Performance — The share of pick-ups made within five minutes of the booked time, the average delay when a trip was late, and punctuality for each driver.
- Cancellations & Failures — Cancelled, declined and failed jobs as a share of everything booked, charted over time, with the reasons given grouped into one list.
- Passenger Activity — How many passengers you carried, how often each one travelled, and the value of their trips. Each trip counts once, however many stops it had.
Measure What Your Fleet Costs and How Hard It Works
Fleet reports use the shifts, jobs and service records already in Waybill.
- Fleet Analytics — Utilisation (time on jobs against time rostered), jobs per hour, cost per kilometre and distance travelled, for the fleet and for each vehicle. Each figure is compared with the previous period of the same length.
- Maintenance Cost — Spend per vehicle and per service, charted over time, with cost per kilometre against the distance your fleet drove. Fed by the services you log in vehicle maintenance.
Built for the People Who Run the Numbers
CSV and PDF Export
Every report downloads as a PDF to send or file, and as a CSV with plain numbers your spreadsheet can add up.
Any Date Range
Pick a range and the charts group by day for short periods and by month for long ones.
Your Currency and Date Format
Figures on screen and in PDFs use your organisation's currency and date settings, so an NZ operator sees NZD.
Archived Records Included
A driver, vehicle or customer you've since archived still appears by name against the work they did.
Only Reports You Can Use
The NDIS Claims report only appears once you've raised an NDIS claim, so operators who don't do NDIS work don't see it.
Compliance Reports Too
QLD operators can generate the TMR booked hire trip report from the same screen. See TMR reporting.
