Actionable Insights, Not Just Data
The Copilot runs five specialised analysers every 30 seconds, scoring each insight by urgency. Every alert comes with a recommended action — assign a driver, run fleet optimisation, or review a job — so dispatchers act immediately instead of investigating.
- Severity-coded alerts — Insights are colour-coded by urgency: info (blue), warning (amber), and error (red). The most critical issues always appear first.
- One-click actions — Each insight includes an action button. Click "Assign" to assign a suggested driver, "Optimise" to run fleet-wide optimisation, or "View" to open the job detail.
- WebSocket refresh — When jobs are created, assigned, or status-changed, the Copilot refreshes instantly. No waiting for the next polling cycle.
- Dismissable — Already aware of an issue? Dismiss individual insights to keep the panel focused on what needs attention.
Five Built-In Analysers
Each analyser targets a specific dispatch scenario, ensuring comprehensive coverage of common operational risks. All use haversine distance calculations for sub-100ms response times — no external API calls required.
- Quick Assign — Finds drivers finishing jobs within 30 minutes whose last stop is within 10km of a pending job's pickup. Suggests the best driver per job.
- Unassigned Alert — Detects pending jobs with no driver assigned. Suggests fleet optimisation if drivers are available, warns if no drivers are free.
- Fatigue Warning — Surfaces drivers approaching or exceeding their daily hours limit. Suggests reassigning their upcoming jobs.
- Proximity Match — Identifies available drivers within 5km of pending job pickups. Tighter radius than Quick Assign for immediate matches.
- ETA Risk — Flags assigned jobs where the driver's estimated travel time exceeds the time until pickup. Catches late arrivals before they happen.
