Pay Only for What You Complete

A completed job is one that has been marked as "Completed" in the system — meaning the pickup and dropoff were both confirmed. Jobs that are pending, in progress, cancelled, or archived are never billed. You only pay for trips that actually happened.

Pricing is tiered within each billing cycle. Your first 200 completed jobs are billed at $0.45 each. Jobs 201–1,000 drop to $0.40 each. Jobs beyond 1,000 are $0.37 each. The discount is automatic — no plan changes required.

No — all listed prices are tax exclusive. Any tax that applies (for Australian customers, GST) is calculated automatically based on the billing address you provide and added on top of the charges incurred on your subscription. Your tax-inclusive total and any tax component are shown at checkout and itemised on every invoice, so your records stay compliant.

Yes — SMS is an optional add-on. Unlike email, every text message carries a per-message fee charged by the mobile carriers, so the add-on simply passes that cost through. Any SMS Waybill sends on your behalf — passenger trip notifications, live-tracking links, and SMS sent by your workflow automations — is billed at $0.08 per message segment (a longer message may span more than one segment), added to your invoice on top of your completed-job fee. The SMS service is off by default; you only pay when you switch it on and messages are actually sent. Email notifications carry no per-message fee.

Sign up with no credit card. You get 14 days of full access and 50 jobs at no charge. If you create more than 50 jobs during the trial, you'll be asked to add a payment method. At the end of the trial, add your card to continue — or your account pauses until you do.

No. Every account gets unlimited drivers, vehicles, team members, workflows, and access to every feature. The only variable is the number of completed jobs per month.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed securely in-app using PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure powered by Stripe.

Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period with no additional charges.

Absolutely. We use soft-delete architecture so accidentally deleted records can always be restored. Organisation data is fully isolated — no other account can ever access your information. Permanent deletion requires separate permissions.

Your bill tracks your work. In a quiet month — off-season, a shutdown period, a gap between contracts — you're only charged for the jobs you actually completed, and your account and all your data stay fully active. That's the advantage of usage-based pricing over per-vehicle plans, which charge you the same whether your fleet moves or not.
